But my friend this is not the right platform to complain especially when it is related to your Pan Card.
The Income Tax Department / NSDL have their own setup and feedback option online from where you can directly get it touch to the concern department. There are 3 ways to complaint to Pan Card:

Go directly to NSDL website (link is given below) where you will find a complaint / feedback form. Print screen is given below. Here you will have to provide your complete details so that NSDL team can get back to you with solution. Make sure to provide complete details otherwise your query / complaint will not be consider:
